Definitely 10/10. Amazing views and amenities great staff, terrific location. Nice suite room. Only feedback to make this an 11/10 would be adding a rack of free weights or a set of bowflex SelectTech to the weight room / siłownia. Great cardio machines tho. Also the front desk 9701 and room service 9802 numbers were unclear but was able to connect and got vey promptly and excellent service. Would definitely stay again.

We had a suite on the 10th flour with incredible view towards the Baltic sea. The room itself was clean, spacious and we haven't had any problems with the amount of water for shower/bathtub. The breakfast had everything you could dream of. The staff was always very friendly and helpful all the time. We also haven't had any problems with waiting for the elevator or any other trouble like some reviews says

Unfortunately the pool was not heated and the bar was closed. Both were a reason for us to go there, it's a pity that it wasn't available, but above all that it wasn't announced. There was no apology and no justification. At the prices we paid for a suite, it was a no go.

We stayed in a superior room with view but we found a bit tight for 2 people , the front desk recommended the presidential suite ,,, on the 12 th floor it was 1000sqft , and the view from it was spectacular we agreed to take it, however the staff member forgot to mention there was no sound proofing , and there was a restaurant above the room , you could hear from morning till night , people walking , chairs and tables moving etc ,, for a presidential suite the furniture in living room looked liked it had taken a beating over the years , the mini bar was also pathetic, snicker bar and some soft drinks , for that kind of money per night I would have expected more , the tv connection to internet did not work they had some old system , no upgraded internet , the carpet Was in need of carpeting cleaning g to remove stains , the wood floor in living room and dining room was in bad shape , i will stay at Radisson in other cities ,,,, but never in swinoujscie, This was supposed to be a quiet relaxing vacation for me , however hard to sleep if they are running and moving stuff early in the morning till night time

Wir hatten einen gemischten Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist die tolle Lage direkt am Strand (Promenade). Ein echtes Highlight ist die 14. Etage: Der Wellnessbereich mit Pool, Sauna und Whirlpool ist modern und bietet einen schönen Blick. Ideal zum Entspannen nach einem langen Tag. Leider war der Zimmerservice (insbesondere die Reinigung) enttäuschend. Das Zimmer wurde nur sehr soät am Nachmittag erst gesäubert. Auch das Frühstück konnte nicht überzeugen, es wirkte insgesamt sehr lieblos und einfallslos, mit wenig Auswahl und ohne Frische. Das Parkhaus(2 Tage ca.74€) ist zwar teuer, dafür aber gut organisiert und direkt am Hotel gelegen. Wer hauptsächlich wegen der Lage kommt, wird hier auf seine Kosten kommen. Beim Service und Frühstück besteht aber definitiv Verbesserungsbedarf.

Wer schon mal in diesem Hotel gewesen ist, weiß dass es beim Frühstück wie im Bienenstock zugeht. Laut und ganz viele Leute durcheinander. Das Essen dafür ist lecker. Die Promenade drumrum lädt zum sitzen und essen ein. Die Gastronomen sind auf zack und und der Service lässt keine Wünsche offen.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Angebot beim Frühstück war gut. Es gab mehrere Buffets, auf denen jedoch nicht immer das gleiche Angebot vorhanden war. Man musste an allen Buffets für sich das Richtig erst suchen bzw. finden. Es war beim Frühstück ein sehr hoher Geräuschpegel. Die Zimmer waren sauber, aber sehr hellhörig. Die Parkgebühr für den Tiefgaragenstellplatz war mit ca. 25,00 €/Tag sehr hoch und die Stellflächen waren zu schmal für die Pkw.

Personal eher genervt als nett. Es war sauber und ordentlich, aber der Sauna und Poolbereich war nicht schön gepflegt. Sollte vor dem Sommer nochmal überarbeitet werden und die ein oder andere Liege und Couch aussortiert werden. Hübsche Zimmer, alles da was man braucht.

Es ist weiterhin ein tolles Hotel, wir sind Stammgäste. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut, jedoch immer überfüllt. Parkplätze oft knapp und teuer (Tiefgarage). Zum Strand nur wenige Gehminuten.
