"Well located, nice A/C in the room. The front desk staff were extremely helpful. I think this was the best feature of the hotel. We felt safe and well taken care. One of the pools was not open which not a as a bummer. But overall it was a good experience."

"The hotel staff was very unhelpful! Loud construction and no privacy , workers can see right into the bathroom! Very uncomfortable, waking up to load banging noise, also the dust from the construction coming into the rooms making it hard to breath .Be aware !!"

"It was good, very average hotel. Nothing special, average rooms. Only complaint was that the bed was a bit slanted somehow. If you just want a decent place with AC and a good breakfast it’s definitely worth the money."

"Excellent location to access Tikal. Pool was amazing! We swam in the rain. The bungalows are incredible. We appreciated having power at night to charge phones, even though the main building turns off their generator. The food is great, staff was kind and patient with our limited Spanish. Netting around the beds was a must for night time, worked well and kept the gnats out. Overall excellent experience and highly recommend staying here to explore Tikal. "
