"Prijs is niet in verhouding met de accommodatie. Verfrissing nodig... het is geen 4 sterren hotel! Ik betaalde voor een Russische bad (160 BGN), het was eigenlijk voor één uur van sauna maar. Het ontbijt was basic🤔. Ik vroeg voor een late check-out, toch wordt het geweigerd Ondanks het hotel half leeg was... Ondanks was het hotel half leeg wordt "

"Excellent emplacement à proximité de tout. Service pas à la hauteur d'un 5* (revolving door condamnée, pas de pret de parapluie, ascenseurs non synchronisés, lits mal refaits, etc...). Le parking devant est très pratique mais coute 30 euros par jour"

"Amazing! Travelled with our 10 month old baby and would recommend to anyone staying in Sofia. Hotel was immaculate, staff were so friendly and welcoming. Hotel room was stunning and so spacious. We even had mini toiletries in the bathroom specifically for our baby and a cot was provided free of charge. 100% recommend. "

"The location was unbeatable, very near the centre and the main Serdica metro station. The room was well furnished and spacious. A good gym and sauna. The breakfast was fabulous with all the usual things plus lots of Greek savouries and sweets. There isn't really anything to fault the Central Hotel. We would go back in a heart beat."

"He hecho muchas reservaciones con expedia y es la primera vez que me quejo, nada amable la chica de la recepción, ni me saludaba o apuradamente lo hizo, en 7 noches solo limpiaron una vez la habitación por que así lo pedí, les pedí el favor refil de mini botella de agua, ni una sola vez me la dieron, entiendo q solo es de bienvenida pero una clienta q se aloja 7 noches, solo pide limpieza del room una sola vez, darle otra botella es lo cordial, no recomiendo ese hotel ni vuelvo "
