"I absolutely adore the W hotel. The aesthetics is on point. Love the pool. I wish they would bring back the $20 Sunday funday that they had back during the pandemic times. The only thing that sucked was a fire alarm went off at like 5/6am . When you’re drunk as a skunk tryna get some shut eye in, it’s nothing like a alarm going off and now you gotta decide do you get up and leave the building or sleep through a potential fire cause you’re that tired. "The room and the lighting was beautiful. The staff was excellent. I was on the floor 18+ loved it. The pool was beautiful. The only complaint I have was that I couldn’t get the room cooler than 74° so they sent me up a fan instantly which was very nice of them didn’t like the fact that they left me a note saying to close my curtains when check-in was at 4 PM how can I close my curtains to keep the light of the day out when I wasn’t checked in yet that’s my only complaint. "Good location. Parking across the street was convenient. Booked the small room but had no idea how small small was. Partiers at 2am for consecutive nights screaming down the hallway was not appreciated. I think rooms with 4 bunks have college kids partying and then crashing in these rooms. No free coffee. No microwave in room."

"Everything was wonderful except te temperature control in the lobby. It was insanely cold to a fault. There is no reason for it to be like an ice locker and believe me, I'd rather be cold than hot but this was too much. Other than that the place was really nice."

"If you are looking to star in your own horror movie this is the place for you! This place looks and feels completely deserted. Everything about the place is falsely advertised. There is literally nothing on the property. It was an extremely awful experience I wouldn’t wish on my worse enemy. To begin the rooms were disgusting.
