"As a Marriott Platinum member, I was disappointed with the view from our room. The room had one of the worst views in the hotel because the window had a V shaped sign that covered 2/3's of the view from the window. So most of the window was covered with the support bracket of the hotel sign.
I know that Marriott upgraded us to a nicer room, but the staff took almost half and hour checking us in. They said it was a new system and because we had booked through Expedia the price we paid was...
