"Easy access to Saundersfoot front 6 min walk downhill , more challenging back though. Chose room 18 family room with fridge & microwave . Very comfortable , comfortable bed , good sleep and always found a parking spot ( though last spot on one occasion ) -be Had to approach owner a few times with not always understanding response! Couldn’t supply any decaf coffee ( a health issue for some and readily available at all the many previous hotel stays ) No clear fire escape map on back of hotel...

"Breakfast was ok but items on menu extra had to be paid for. Room was clean but dated. Shower was an electric shower that was nearly unusable. Low pressure and no temperature control. No replacement shower gel was left after room was cleaned. Staff were excellent and restaurant was well presented. Hotel room a low 3 star at best."

"The property had no reception, used key code system and only one key to get in and out so could not go separately out of building. Was asking to ring them prior to going as we had booked through Expedia to complete information, rang 5 times but no response and ended up going down uncertain as to whether we actually had a booking. Had to go to other harbour place and phone the cleaners number who actually contacted a lady who took info needed"

"We had a wonderful stay. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and exceptionally well maintained. The restaurant was excellent, with delicious food and a great atmosphere. What really stood out was the staff—everyone we met was friendly, helpful, and kind throughout our stay. Their warm hospitality made us feel very welcome and added to an already enjoyable experience. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to others."

"Nice B&b , lugging heavy suitcases up stairs is a problem. They need a luggage elevator. Food and bar great. No ac and fan a bit noisy and old. Good parking ."

"It was a great location on the Esplanade. Entry was self-service check-in. The booking stated ocen views and breakfast included. The breakfast was great but we were advised that breakfast was not included as though there was a dispute with Expedia and the room had an ocean glimpse."
