"Un havre de paix dans un magnifique décor de montagne. Très bon accueil, gîte original d’inspiration indienne. Point de départ de nombreuses virées en haute montagne. "

"Went to Lourdes on Pilgrimage, as it was on my bucket list. Was truly all I had hoped and so. Cut more, filled with so many blessings, and the presence of our Virgen Mother. Hotel was in perfect location, right near the Grotto, Notre Dame Cathedral. Near good cafe and shops too. Definitely recommend and will be back!"

"We have been blessed a room with beautiful view of the river & mountain. Staff in hotel were very helpful and friendly and we received much guidance on how to get around Lourdes from Front Desk, Ms Vanessa. Though the official breakfast time was 7am, hotel is very accomodating to start breakfast as early as 6.30am for guests who are required to depart early. Will definitely be back next year for our pilgrimage again."

"The panorama hotel was fantastic. The staff was friendly and helpful. We went to visit the Our Lady of Lourdes grounds. It was the closest to the entrance. We tried the breakfast buffet but it wasn’t great. "

"Hotel was clean throughout, staff were friendly, sorted out a few issues we had promptly. Very informative except they didnt tell us that we had to pre-book the spa area or that we couldnt share it with other guests or that we had to pay a fee! So my suggestion is that you put this information on your hotel website so guests know before they book."

"I was impressed that the person at the reception desk was expecting me when I first arrived. (I travel frequently, and this has never happened before.) I gave just my first name and he said, "Oh yes" And then said my last name. I noticed when others checked in, another receptionist did the same thing.
