"The hotel was dirty, had to clean the toilet and bathroom on arrival. The staff are lovely, very helpful. Only 1 hand and 1 bath towel for 2 people...no more allowed. Shower hook was broken windows & doors filthy dirty. I wouldn't stay again. "

And the location in Pau is perfect for the visitor. The staff was friendly, courteous and made the extra effort to ensure our satisfaction. I recommend the hotel without any hesitation!"
