"Great location near Iguazu Falls. The close by excursions to the waterfalls was epic. Staff was excellent. It is a bit far to the nearest town. 30 minute drive. I booked a jungle view but in reality it was a parking lot view with a view of the jungle in the background. I brought this up to the front desk hoping they would do something for me.They said they would check into and let me know but they never did. I am not complaining but that is my truthful review "

"Beautiful property with nice size rooms. Walking distance to Iguaçu Falls and the bird park. We highly recommend the helicopter tours over the falls. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. "

"Hotel com boa estrutura para crianças, café da manhã e jantar com variedade, funcionários atenciosos e prestativos. O ponto fraco, comum a tantos outros resorts do país, é a cobrança pela água. Inacreditável que em pleno ano de 2025 obriguem os hóspedes a comprar água em garrafa plástica e não ofereçam bebedouros. Em quatro dias, consumimos 20 garrafinhas de água. 7 reais cada uma. "

"Bon accueil, petit déjeuner excellent, restaurant sur place très bien. Le personnel est très gentil, et très à l’écoute. Les chambres ont besoin de travaux pour remettre en état, salle de bains, c’est assez vieux."

"Tudo muito bom! Ótima estrutura, com quartos confortáveis e limpos, área de lazer com excelente. Atendimento impecável de todos os funcionários com muita cordialidade e eficiência. Comida muita boa, porém o valor cobrado no Buffet de almoço e jantar é um pouco exagerado (R$ 180,00 por pessoa), o valor da água a R$ 10,00 uma garrafa também é caro. Volto com certeza!"

"Desde a recepção na chegada até o checkout foi tudo maravilhoso, completo e agradável! Superou as expectativas. Hotel com uma atmosfera aço,Hederson, muito verde, flores, pássaros com muito conforto e um atendimento incrível de toda equipe. Suítes, bangalôs e demais acomodações com extremo cuidado e limpos.
