"The first day the front desk attendant charged me $45 he said I did not have a reservation. I had to talk to someone else and I though I got my money back, it was a bad first impression. AC was not working properly, the small fridge was not working right and it tool a couple of days to get it replaced. "I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and highly recommend it. The location is excellent and very central, very close to the Jewish community, including a synagogue and Chabad. Everything is within walking distance — a pleasant neighborhood with a park, supermarket, pharmacy, and a shopping mall. The rooms were very clean and well maintained, with a lovely view. The breakfast was full and generous, with a wide variety of options — nothing was missing. The internet connection was strong and reliable. The service was available 24/7, and the staff was helpful and professional. I would definitely stay here again. "
