"En general no nos resultó cómodo. Las camas muy bajas, tuvimos que bajar a pedir nuestras toallas y jabones. No nos las cambiaron al siguiente día. Nos iban a cobrar 5% adicional si pagábamos con tarjeta de crédito y eso no me lo habían anunciado antes, así que optamos por transferir, pero no debe ser.
