"I loved the different restaurants, the accessibility to food, and the employees and staff positive aptitude. the only thing they don't offer from the resort is transportation if you signed up with Expedia. The shows at night were very nice and they included programs for children as well."

"This is a great kid friendly hotel. Lots of great dinner options and the restaurants are definitely 5star quality. Very few lunch options but food was overall great and very delicious. The staff was very friendly, and they remembered you by name. My kids totally enjoyed the Kids club and would spend the entire day there if they are not in the pool. "The mattress had springs sticking out, there was rocks in my food, the staff wasn’t very helpful, buffet wait staff was super slow, mattresses were at least 20 years old, and my kid got scratched by the spring from the mattress, and we had to park way too far from the lobby. The bar staff had bad attitudes and not enough bartenders, creating long lines. Besides that, the pool and beach were fun."
