"Perfect experience!"

"Our stay was not bad. The hotel is very appealing looking on, however new furniture or upholstery and linens are required. The obvious stains in the lounge chairs does nothing to encourage you to sit in them. This was my second visit and the skirts on the bed were in the same terrible condition, ripped and dirty. These notable conditions on my 1st visit, I thought was probably a mishap but to return a 2nd time and nothing has been done to rectify the terrible conditions, I am of the opinion that...

"The mattress had springs sticking out, there was rocks in my food, the staff wasn’t very helpful, buffet wait staff was super slow, mattresses were at least 20 years old, and my kid got scratched by the spring from the mattress, and we had to park way too far from the lobby. The bar staff had bad attitudes and not enough bartenders, creating long lines. Besides that, the pool and beach were fun."

"If your only tongue is English, you will have difficulty communicating... the lock on the bathroom door was not properly working, I got locked into the bathroom...there was not enough toiletries in the room...or should I say extremely little toiletries...overall I would not recommend"
