"Good stay, the hot water stopped working on the 2nd day, they were nlt able to fix it, that was annoying"

"I have stayed here 3 times in the past 6 months due to long layovers at the airport. It has gotten more and more expensive with more and more black hairs on the bathroom floor and sink. This time I was placed on the highway side and it was impossible to sleep. Nice lobby, nice breakfast, expensive dinners, including the $25 hamburger. "

"The room was fine, cleaning staff great. The front desk is a gong show. No one seemed to know what was going on, the staff were not helpful. The pool only had 4 lounge chairs, the cushions were very dirty. The pool was not clean and the pool decking was very dirty. Nothing had been scrubbed up there for some time."
