"This place is close to most attractions, including the hot springs, Box Canyon Falls, and town.
Some appliances need to be fixed or updated. The TVs are old—only one channel is available, and the remote does not work. The tub takes a long time to drain, possibly because the pipes are old. When we did laundry, only one washer was available; the other was broken. The ice maker is not working as well.
Breakfast is okay, but the waffles are sour. We stayed there for a week, and they were sour the...

"The room was clean and in order. I had a poor experience with the hot springs hot tub pools being very dirty and algae-filled. I made the mistake of getting there after dark and getting in the pool with my light colored bikini and being very sorry when I got back to my room to find it was completely ruined by the algae in the hotsprings pool.
On the plus side- I have to talk-up Tim in the Spa. His massage was awesome and I would love to go back for service from him.
Please clean the pools so...
