"Clean and staff is helpful "

"Very friendly front desk staff! Room was clean and comfortable! Walking distance to Union Station (about one mile). It was just my teen daughter and I and we felt very safe in the neighborhood surrounding the hotel. We walked everywhere. Breakfast buffet $24.99 each but was not your normal hotel breakfast. It was quite delicious! And if you have a chance go to 5280 Burger Bar just next door and get the fried pickles! Would stay here again! "

"Rooms in need of updating, stains on linens, the door was missing the latch plate. You can tell there hasnt been maintenance done in a long time. Jets not working in hottub. The hotel seems as though it has been neglected by maintenance "

"Good location close to downtown and the train to go to the airport. The room was clean, not a great view. My particular room overlooked the roof of the conference rooms, not a big deal, but I tried to look at the sunrise, but the outside of the window is extremely dirty. My iPhone even suggested I clean the camera lens. Good stay overall. I only ate at the smaller restaurant for fast food. "

"The hotel was fine, it was just dated. The bed was not comfortable, at all, and the room AC was not working properly. "

"There were visble unknown stain on sheets, shower diverter and shower head did not work properly. Carpet scent permiated to bed level, so when you were laying down it smelled like feet, bed was so so so incredibly uncomfortable. So much so we thought it was the boxspring that was broken and took mattress off the check. Turned out it was not, simply a very poor bed. But, what can you expect for $65"

"The front desk needs to be watched better. Some horrible customer service. Miguel should be the highest paid person there. He was always helpful and with a smile to boot. The place is a cheap dump. Thin walls, no heat, no ventilation, gross dirty carpet, lumpy mattress, dirty window that doesn’t open, crappy breakfast with gross unwashed people wearing barely there pajamas in buffet and dining area. Their “market” is so poorly stocked. Not a bottle of water or. Diet Coke to be found. Really crummy location too."
