"The room was clean and in order. I had a poor experience with the hot springs hot tub pools being very dirty and algae-filled. I made the mistake of getting there after dark and getting in the pool with my light colored bikini and being very sorry when I got back to my room to find it was completely ruined by the algae in the hotsprings pool.
On the plus side- I have to talk-up Tim in the Spa. His massage was awesome and I would love to go back for service from him.
Please clean the pools so...

"Everytime we go here there are new enhancements to the hotel. The new rooms have been tastefully updated with comfy beds. We got the room with our own spa and we felt like we went on an upscale retreat! Ridgeway is also such a wonderful town, surrounded by mountains with its own vibe and amazing food spots. "

"I liked the style of the house and the decorations. I loved the concept of eating breakfast at the dinner table with other guests. My only complaint was that we did not know how to get tv stations on our nice TV. The instructions on the tv were not helpful. It was the inn keeper’s day off. We were given instructions on how to contact her if there were any problems, which we decided not to do. "
