"Our stay was very enjoyable. The hotel is six years old but looked brand new. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. It took about 5-minutes to realize that the parking garage is actually a public garage next door however it looks brand new as well. My only complaint is that the coffee maker in the room makes a poor very small cup of coffee. Sadly, it a machine that you see a big celebrity being their spokesperson for. "This was a suite hotel. It is a very bare bones hotel with no amenities. The room was clean. However, it would have been nice to have instructions on how to see thermostat and the TV. If you wanted anything itcost extra. There were also some people sleeping in there cars over night. "

"It is great brand name in hospitality, but the facility is not very well run. During our short stay earlier this month we encountered issues and difficulties we normally did not expect in a Hilton hotel: At our check in, we were assigned to a room at the farthest end of the building, even though we are seniors; at our request, staff changed the room for us but this time we found the water did not go down in the drain and it could be fixed right away; so we had to change room again about 11:00 pm...

Im not from the area so I relyed heavily on the actual reviews. I had gone down to the pool area from some relaxation. The pool temperature nearly matched the "hot tubs" water temperature. The front desk staff had come into the area and asked myself and other guests if the water was hot. When attempting to turn the jets...
