"Pubes in the sink. A/C blowing out heat, then the thermostat actually fell out of it. A dead room phone, shower/water handle came off, ice cube tray looked like an ash tray. Fridge & microwave from 1978. Restaurant is no longer on site. Homeless, sketchy looking people living there. The school bus actually picks up their kids there. No pool. No ice machine and it smells like wet dogs & dope! We will NOT be going back. Waste of money!!!! Didnt bother with the "breakfast" didnt want to risk it....

"The property was clean, the staff was helpful. The breakfast had a good variety of items. My only complaint is that I only stayed there one night and they charged me for two. This is because they have a two night minimum. This was graduation for the local college, I don’t understand why there is a room day requirement when so many people are just trying to find accommodations while attending their children’s graduation."

"Only good for sleeping! Water was barely warm. No Kleenex. No coffee machine in room. Hole in ceiling in bathroom. Fire alarm loose and hanging!! Said place was booked but didn’t see one other person anywhere around. We’ve stayed there about three times but no change. thinking it would get better. Did not happen!"

"We booked three rooms for our family and guests to celebrate our daughter’s graduation—an important family milestone. Instead of a comfortable and safe stay, we were subjected to unacceptable, unsafe, and embarrassing conditions that significantly impacted this special occasion. • Rooms had wet floors, leaking ceilings, and non-functioning heating systems • We were forced to move rooms four separate times due to repeated issues • Hotel staff provided little to no meaningful assistance during these disruptions • The building was visibly deteriorated, with bubbling walls and ceilings caused by water damage • The elevator appeared unsafe, making loud rattling noises during operation and when stopping • The overall condition of the property was not fit for paying guests and should not have been rented in its present state I also reviewed multiple customer reviews posted on Wyndham’s own platform during our stay, including numerous 0-star and 1-star reviews describing nearly identical issues. We want to ask for 100% refund for this reservation."
