"Beautiful hotel in centre of town so really easy to get to the shuttle buses for the castles
Staff were really friendly and helpful
Breakfast was excellent
Room was beautiful and well appointed however it was hot at night and the air conditioning was so loud we had to turn it off and open the windows"

"I made reservations to stay at this hotel, and paid in full, over 2 months in advance. When I arrived at the hotel at 3:30 pm to check in and drop off our bags, they did not have our reservation. I had paper copies, and emails, showing that we had in fact reserved a room. The manager had zero interest in trying to solve the problem and told us he couldn’t help us and there were no rooms available. This was our first day in Europe after an overnight flight from the US. "This was a good hotel for our visit to the castles of Schwangau. They offered a good breakfast option that we used. Although reception has limited hours and the room doors didn't close easily it was still a good stay. "
