"I made reservations to stay at this hotel, and paid in full, over 2 months in advance. When I arrived at the hotel at 3:30 pm to check in and drop off our bags, they did not have our reservation. I had paper copies, and emails, showing that we had in fact reserved a room. The manager had zero interest in trying to solve the problem and told us he couldn’t help us and there were no rooms available. This was our first day in Europe after an overnight flight from the US. "Our stay at Hotel Sonne in Füssen was excellent, the hotel was really clean and nicely upgraded. Unique decor throughout, our room was a nice size with all the necessary amenities. We really enjoyed the breakfast as well. I would definitely stay here again. Parking was offset close by with trains and buses nearby. Füssen is a beautiful destination, we loved it. "
