"Rooms are not air conditioned"

"Beautiful hotel and good location. My only issue is that they didn’t have a little shuttle from the hotel to the bus loop that goes to Fussen. It was hard to roll our luggage that far (even a golf cart would have been helpful)."

"ジュニアスイートルームに2泊しました。遠くにですが、お部屋からはノイシュバンシュタイン城とホーエンシュヴァンガウ城の両方が見えるのはとても貴重だと思います。レストランからもお城は見えてドイツの田舎の景色も良いです。 お部屋もゆったりしていて素敵です。お部屋にはバスタブが無いのは残念でしたが、5月なので大丈夫でした。観光に時間を使い、スパを利用する時間が無くとても残念でした。スパも良さそうでした。 次回は是非スパを利用したいです。 朝食はとても料理が美味しかったし、朝からスパークリングワインも飲めて良かったです。 スタッフの方もとても親切でした。道路閉鎖の関係でタクシーを呼ぶのが困難だったのですが、帰りにフッセン駅まで送ってくださいました。お値段はお高いですが、素敵なホテルなので、また数年後帰ってきたいです。"

Am Buffet fehlte nichts, sehr abwechslungsreich und gute Qualität. Das Arangement ist mit liebe gestellt. Es wurde immer nachgefüllt. Es fehlte nichts. "Die Suite war im 5.Stock. Mit etwas Suche über den 4.Stock mit Lift erreichbar. Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, da bei der Anreise ein Doppelzimmer zugeteilt wurde obwohl die Suite gebucht war. Wurde aber schnellstens mit einer Nachfrage behoben plus 2 Drinks auf das Haus. Die Suit war sehr groß und sauber. Kleines Mango, in der Toilette hinter der Tür wurde ein gebrauchtes Handtuch vom Vorgänger übersehen. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, leider waren die Speisen die eigentlich warm...

"Everything is is described and nearly perfect. Bathrooms are only shared between two rooms, so they are clean and accessible and almost any time. The rooms are clean and cute, just want you would expect in such a quaint Bavarian hotel. It has easy parking and is walking distance from Altstadt."
