"Beautiful hotel, very spacious room (the king bed could sleep 5-6 people!), very clean, excellent service. Location is great. Excellent value for the price - the hotel was inexpensive. Great location - near the castle. Fantastic place! Only negative - the breakfast wasn't good and was pricey, but there are some alternatives nearby. It is the one thing that can be improved."

"From the moment you walk in and are greeted by the bright and pleasant staff, the stylish modern design, fragrance and ambience, you think, this is a well managed hotel and I know I’m really going to enjoy my stay here. Must be one of the best hotels is Kanazawa, surely? Great Onsen, delicious breakfast offerings, well appointed rooms. Faultless!"

"Room was spotless, great amenities, staff were great and helpful. Very close to the train station and walk to all the attractions. "

"Great location close to Omicho market. Room was clean and spacious, beds comfortable, Japanese bed robes, fancy toilet, separate shower, good hot water pressure. Hallways were strangely quite dark. We were offered a welcome drink which was appreciated. There is also a free coffee machine in the lobby. Staff were polite and provided loan umbrellas when it was snowing outside. The buffet breakfast was really nice with tasty food and occasional changes to the offering. The breakfast coffee wasn't to my liking however so I used the free machine instead"
