"Wir hatten schon öfters in einem Pullman Hotel übernachtet, leider war dieses hier das Schlechteste mit Preis/Leistung Verhältnis. Wir hatten 2 Zimmer für 12 Tage in Riga gebucht für 3 Personen. Leider hatten wir 2 kleine Zimmer mit Hinterhof Blick, als wir jedoch reklamierten bekamen wir 2 neue Zimmer, wir freuten uns jedoch funktionierte in einem Zimmer die Dusche kaum, es kam kaum Wasser aus der Dusche und die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht, als wir erneut reklamierten bekamen wir nochmal...

"The hotel is ideally locatedon the edge of the Old Town, a short walk from the centre. The reception staff were always helpful and friendly. The rooms were nicely fitted out, the air con was a little hit and miss. The breakfast buffet was excellent with lots of choice."

"Marketed as a 4.5 star much closer to a 3 star, room and facilities very basic. Nothing apart from basics provided, king bed turned out to be 2 singles pushed together with 2 small duvets rather than 1 large. Toiletries basic and screwed to the walls, even coffee provided was the cheapest pre mixed with milk powder version."

"Neu renoviertes Hotel, in historischem Gebäude, welches kein Hotel im klassischen Sinne ist. Es handelt sich um Studios, jedes Zimmer ist mit einer Kochnische ausgestattet, es gibt auch eine Waschmaschine. Die Zimmer sind ausgestattet wie in einem Luxushotel, das Bett war wunderbar bequem, trotz der Hauptstraße war es leise im Zimmer und wir haben himmlisch geschlafen. Das Badezimmer ist mit einer Badewanne ausgestattet! Wir waren begeistert von unserem Aufenthalt und wären gerne noch länger...

"Conveniently located in the Old Town, this hotel was a great value. The staff was superb. Our 5th floor room was clean and had an amazing city view, though the room itself could use some updates/repairs. The included breakfast was delicious with a buffet and a menu. Coffee was excellent. Due to the hotel’s proximity to the city center, there was some late night noise from nearby restaurants. I recommend earplugs if staying on weekends. Overall, we greatly enjoyed our stay."
