"Great quality, helpful staff, delicious breakfast, clean room and nice atmosphere. Pretty sure that next time we’ll choose the same hotel again. Sound insulation was good enough so music and peoples noise from the street didn’t bother us at all. Just minor minuses in our room, other aircon unit didn’t work, but room cooled just fine with one. Shower door’s lower seal was gone and water from door leaked to bathroom floor and finaly to room door"

"Lovely hotel. Spacious & comfortable room. Great breakfast. Would have preferred a separate shower cubicle in place of a shower over the bath. Would also have been nice to have a separate sitting area in the hotel lobby, for relaxing and reading, etc. But these are minor quibbles in what was, overall, an excellent stay."

"All of the staff were friendly and kind, and the breakfast had a lovely selection of fresh vegetables and fruits—especially the potatoes, which were delicious. The room was spacious, clean, and absolutely comfortable, and I was really touched by the unexpected little gifts like soap and chocolates. On the fifth floor, right by the elevator, there were homemade fruit juices and cookies placed out daily, and I thoroughly enjoyed them. They were so delicious that other guests also would often enjoy...

"We really enjoyed our stay there. The staff members of the hotel (reception, cleaning, bar) were outstanding! The breakfast buffet was fantastic for both adults (with sparkling wine!) and children (with tetra pack juice for take-out). Sauna, hot tub, and swimming pool are luxury!"

"New hotel located in Old town Riga .. walking distance to all main attractions.. Our room had a nice king size bed, spacious bathroom, good AC .. everything very clean .. Bathroom products from Crabtree and Evelyn brand .. Powerful hair dryer . Breakfast is somehow expensive but excellent quality … So many choices .. all you can eat .. It was a surprise for us because in USA is not the same quality .. We highly recommend this facility while visiting Riga "

"チェックインの際、フロントの方の対応がとても迅速且つ的確で、安心してホテルでの滞在が出来ました。旧市街のど真ん中にあるホテルという訳ではないので、旧市街へは若干歩かないといけませんが、不便と感じる程ではないです。 これはホテルの責任ではないのですが、私と同タイミングで宿泊していた一家の子供数人が、大声で叫びながら客室前の廊下で何度も何度も激しく走り回りうるさかったです…。この一家に対してとても不快な思いはしました。"
