"All of the water was too cold to enjoy. And none of the pools open til 10am. And the outdoor lagoon closes at 7pm!"

"Good location, spacious room, liked the pool My only complaint is that the room was never cleaned while we were gone. It was OK for the first day, but I even requested that the trash be taken out and towels to please be replaced for my room to the employee that was cleaning the rooms on our floor and she did not do anything. We were gone for the majority of the day, so there was plenty of time to get in the room."

"The rooms were nice and clean, lobby looked amazing as well. The Staff was amazingly helpful during check in/out time. Doors were kind of large and had to take a lot of force to open but other than that It was Excellent!"

"Biggest issue was understanding the parking. While the check in agent showed "photos" of where to self park, I still was confused. Signs in the garage conflicted with each other"

"My room got double booked. I was laying in bed and another guest came busting in, after opening the door with a card key. The front desk claimed it was a computer glitch. It was handled very poorly. Staff acted like it happens everyday. I got a new room on a different floor. I went to turn on the shower and the handle hit the floor, fell right off. Ordered the combo basket from the restaurant. Very disappointed for $18. Greasy and no flavor. Very comfortable room and bed. Both rooms were clean...

"The property had an infestation I slept in the room one night and brought an army of bed bugs to my personal property a nice house me and 2 other are leasing for jvwe $1800 a month plus utilities the staff had me trespassed before I could even ask theamager of e a refund and explain that my room had bed bugs I told the front desk lady that and then as soon as the manager got there I was about to go talk to her and two police officers escorted me off the property because I was warning new...

"Very nice room and hotel! Loved the breakfast. Gym was new and modern. Parking was easy and convenient. Only note is bathroom could have been a bit cleaner. Some missed spots. Also hotel a bit noisy by road. But it was great otherwise!"
