"Great location to Rocket Arena, literally across the street! Not well managed, seemed short of staff. Couldn’t reach front desk from my room phone with issue with tv remote. So missed a World Cup match. No coffee!!! In room or lobby, nothing complimentary. I was directed to the restaurant to get a cup of coffee but only one person was working & didn’t have time to wait, so just requested my car $60 for 1 night valet and drove to a gas station & headed home."

"Very unique property from ~1930. Renovated from being Cleveland school system HQ to a hotel. We loved the lobby art and the architectural features that remain from the original building. Room was comfortable, staff friendly, and breakfast filling. Great stay! And a 15 minute walk to the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame."

"I was double charged and treated very poorly when trying to investigate why at the front desk. After 3 trips and 4 staff members it was resolved. After this our room keys kept stop working so we made multiple trips to get new keys to our room. I never want to see that front desk again to say the least. Poor customer service. Facility was okay for budget hotel."

"They have two buildings there I stayed in the exterior building because I had my dog with me. It’s great that they’re able to accommodate dogs of all sizes and breeds. However, the hotel room rooms in the other building are much nicer. They’re also larger. On the second day we were there. I guess they had some kind of electric issue with the hot water tank and we had no hot water. They did accommodate us by allowing me to take a shower in the other building in a different hotel room.
