"I am extremely disappointed with our stay. One of the reasons we chose this hotel was because it advertised having a game room for families and children. Unfortunately, the game room was rented out for a private event all day, and our kids were unable to use it until around 8:00 PM. This was never communicated to us beforehand.
Even more concerning was the cleanliness of our room. The bathroom was clearly not cleaned properly. There was urine around the toilet rim along with someone else's hair, which was absolutely disgusting. We also found grass in the bed, making us question whether the bedding had even been changed before our arrival. I have photographs documenting these issues.
For the price we paid, we expected a clean room and access to the amenities that were advertised. This experience fell far below basic hotel standards, and I cannot recommend staying here unless significant improvements are made to cleanliness and communication with guests. The shampoo and body wash was empty 😕"
