"Handicapable bathroom was terrific! Pool nice sized and good temp... warm ..not hot or cold. Hot breakfast different every day. Bottomless coffee. Nice bar for happy hour and casual dinner. Nice business room and workout room. Quiet as I was there weekdays..the walls may be thin if it's at capacity. For older facility it is well maintained. "

"The staff didn’t communicate effectively between shifts and I was unable to check-in because I communicated to Ben that I was arriving after 2am due arriving in Columbus, Ohio around 12:30pm. My flight as delayed so I arrived around 3:18am and didn’t even comp a room for me. Customer service could be improved throughout my stay. "
