"For the price the hotel was fantastic. Clean, comfortable beds. It doesn’t look nice from the outside but it is nice inside and the staff is very helpful and friendly. They do have some crime issues in the area but they have security patrolling the parking lot at nights and they do a great job keeping any noise or smoking issues under control. For the price it’s a great value and we stayed 4 nights without one issue."

"I travel a lot. The hotel was very clean, the food at the restaurant was delicious for dinner and breakfast. The staff was pleasant. It is in a convenient location to the Arena and Convention Center. The only issues that I had was that I was given misinformation when I called prior to arriving to ask about the parking. I was given incorrect cost of self and valet parking. When I checked in, the front desk staff told me that I had a $50 credit to be used at the restaurant. With that information, we ate at their restaurant. Luckily it was very good. I would stay there again."

"Very updated, clean with helpful staff. We were on the main floor and we could hear everything out in the hall late at night, I. The rooms next to us and above us. Not sure if it was because the lounge area was so close or they just dont have sound proof rooms. Other than that, it was great"

"The room was clean, and quiet. The only issue was the water had to be turned off to the building and was off longer than they had anticipated. Otherwise the location was great and walking distance to Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. The downside was the parking and the cost per day. I'm not sure we would stay again at a hotel in downtown with the outrageous cost of parking."

"The rooms were clean and the hotel was very nice. We really enjoyed the waterpark, especially the waterslides and the wave pool. My husband, I would definitely suggest there being more than one to hook in the bathroom and a softer bed would be nice. It would also be nice if everything didn’t cost a fortune at the hotel. We found ourselves ordering food for delivery or driving somewhere. The activities they offered for the kids were enjoyable. Our grandkids had a blast, which is what was most important."
