"The property is dated. Our first room had no hot water. However after they had an engineer look at it, then we had no cold water & very little pressure. When we requested a new room the next morning, we were told that we had been switched to a new room the previous night but no one informed us. The hotel is decent, we just did not have a very good experience."

Staff was all extremely helpful and friendly (the most of the 4 hotels we stayed in over a week). The room smelled a bit upon arrival but aired out. Elevator was quick. Would definitely use again!"

"We booked this room as it was the only available room in short notice. After reading the other reviews we were genuinely worried. However, the hotel exceeded expectations. Our room was generally clean. There was some dust on the bed frame, the cleaning crew missed a flossing pic, and there was a black hair on the bed.
