"The Holiday Inn in Santa Cruz/Huatulco is a very nice hotel. Rooms are good size, and daily housekeeping service. Walk-in shower. Free parking in the underground garage. Resturant serves good food, open from 7am to 10 pm. Staff were very friendly but few speak English. All in all an excellent hotel. Exellent room rates. "

"La Habitacion muy comoda, nis dieron ascenso de categoria, instalaciones del hotel muy bonitas, el hotel es muy bueno, la comida esta muy bien, solo un detalle que nos paso el dia de salida, aun faltaban 2 horas y entro personal de limpieza cuando aun estabamos adentro de la habitación, fue una situación muy incomoda que nos genero mucha desconfianza, por ese recuerdo no se si volveriamos, ya que te queda una sensacion de desconfianza. "

"Definitivamente un lugar paradisiaco, bien ubicado. Las habitaciones impecables, muchas opciones de comer en el recinto, muy variadas opciones. Se esmeran por entretener a los huéspedes con actividades nocturnas . Topamos con la mala suerte que la piscina infinita estaba en remodelación , así como algunas habitaciones, algo de polvo y de ruido . Volvería sin duda "

"Our stay was wonderful! We were celebrating a milestone birthday and were treated very well. We booked VIP and enjoyed great meals and our rooms were excellent! The staff who provided exceptional service this week were, Fernando for pool drink service, Eduardo in the VIP lounge and Isreal who provided us with great pool activities. The staff in the Mexican al la carte were fantastic! We will be returning for sure!"
