"The experience was way beyond expectations once we got off the rough windy road to Arna. The service was up to top Bali standards. The location was the most awesome I have experienced in traveling the world. You couldn’t ask for better scenery. The pool and lounge were top shelf. The food great and that’s coming from very picky eaters. It’s a fantastic place to go to relax and wind down. I recommend spending the extra for a fantastic ocean view cabana. You won’t regret it. "

The staff are extremely kind, polite, and always ready to help. The spa service was one of the highlights, so relaxing and well done. I also loved that they had Indian food options on the menu, which made things even more comfortable. A big shoutout to Nanda, Karisma, and Koning for making the experience so memorable.
