"Location is fantastic. 9* The room size is small clean which is alright. Noisy external tram / train noise. Later midngt, young guys with loud music hanging around. At 3am next door room had late ngts screaming laughing. Hard to sleep."

"It is a basic clean hotel. The concept is efficiently operated. 24/7 in house staff to address the needs. The location to Oslo s is only a mere 3min walk. Citybox oslo is kind enough to change my room facing noisy trams line. Subsequently, my room was facing void courtyard where i could hear chinese couple quarrel.at 4am, loud hp music, talkg till late at night from nearby windows and also my opp room. Depending on your luck, it could be pleasant. Pantry is available at ground floor."

"Location is closed to the fish market and shopping center. Breakfast buffet is excellent. The decor of the room is a bit odd. I hit my head a couple times at the hanging lamp in the center of the room. Room is spacious in nordic standard. Balcony is nice with a view of the city and hills."

"We stayed for 3 nights in the same room and no one came to clean at all. By the time we got back to the room after dinner, it was too late to ask for the cleaning service. There is no door sign available to request for cleaning. We didn’t try dinner there but breakfast and afternoon tea didn’t look appetizing. Location is good."

"Our room was on 11th floor where construction was being done. It was an unsafe work site w tools laying everywhere. Our tv did not work despite replacing the remote batteries with front desk. We mentioned the construction mess on our floor and front desk claimed it was safe. OSHA would think otherwise. They should not give rooms on a construction floor. Breakfast buffet is so spread out with noons picking up used plates. Good location but no ventilation in room. Difficult to open...

"Clean room but the hotel’s restaurant, bar and lobby had such strong fish odors that the entire place smelled like old fish. The bar and restaurant should be upgraded and cleaned. Avoid food there."

"Un hôtel bien placé, proche des centres d'intérêts de la ville, facile d'accès et proche des moyens de transport. Chambre très fonctionnelle et spacieuse. Petit déjeuner varié et copieux. Personnel agréable. Juste un bémol, le ménage des chambres n'est que t ous les 4 jours ."
