"We had a great stay- apartment was clean and comfortable. It was nice that the couch was decent too. Even so, there were some small things missing from the kitchen like salt and pepper and olive oil that would make the stay a tad more hospitable. Also there was no nespresso machine which was part of the described utilities, we had to do with limited soluble coffee packets. Also somebody in the past fried some fish which was affecting the smell in the apartment. Not sure what Saga can do about...

"Property is located on the waterfront, so nice location. Staff promptness to answering calls was slow to not at all. Breakfast was included in my room rate, so quality of food available was good not great. Also breakfast service staff was quite busy so response times for coffees and breakfast orders was quite slow. Vegetarian food options are literally non existent in their room service or restaurant menus - so if you are vegetarian, be prepared to eat outside or order food in. Will look for...

"Great location near train station. When coming by train, simply walk down platform 3/4 and take the lift to Acrobat Bridge. From here there is a walkway on the left that avoids all the stairs which are a pain with cases. The office is 20m to the right."

"L’accueil, le personnel et le restaurant sont au-dessus de tout ce que nous avons vu jusqu’à présent en Norvège. Particulièrement l’équipe en place lors de notre séjour fut exceptionnelle. "We stayed in a connecting family room and it was spacious with 2 bathrooms and 2 four poster beds. The decor was lovely and the staff were very helpful. It’s is a few minutes walk from Solli bus and tram stops making it easy to get around. Would stay again."
