"This was a clean, well maintained room in a conveniently located motel. Easy to find, parking available and all the attractions within walking distance. Owner was really helpful with booking local attractions and recommendations of good places to eat."

"Property is a bit dated, showing wear & tear, leaky taps, old linen, dull rooms. "

"Lovely staff who were very accommodating to us. "

"We had a fantastic experience. Clean spacious rooms and definitely recommend"

"First impressions last! We were greeted warmly and allowed to check-in early which was lovely. Always nice to unpack a little and head off for the day. Awesome spot with amazing views and a few resident Kereru to enhance the views. Would highly recommend!"

"Wonderful place to stay with amazing hosts 😊"

"This motel has basic facilities and will work for those looking for convenience and value for money. We found the place damp and cold. One of the rooms had mouldy curtains and smelly bedspreads. The walls were very thin and we could hear the neighbours moving about. We had to sleep with earplugs on."

"Wonderful location"

"It had a great view and 5 minute walk from the main strip."

"Great location. Well equipped. Helpful host. Had a wonderful time in Paihia."
