"Hotel was close by the Airport. Getting a grab there was alot more cheaper than the hotel's transport service especially if you're a solo traveller like I am. Hotel is right opposite the SM Mall which had plenty of places to eat, and activities to do within. Do check the opening hours of SM though. 7/11 convenience store is just across too for any snacks needed late at night. Room was big, spacious and clean. Room service and house keeping was great too. "Stayed two night and it was enjoyable and clean. Room service was prompt and helpful. Breakfast was tasty with a good selection of food. The location is also very nice, close to the mall and not far from Chinatown and the night market. "

"The staff were very accommodating . They work hard to clean it. THe decor is.very dated There are no drawers, just a cupboard with shelving and a rod with 6 hangers. The breakfast buffet is substantial and varies daily. The restaurant service is a bit slow, but the food.is tasty. We had.a nice view. "

"Hotel was decent, gym was closed due to repair. Had a pool but never used. Breakfast was mediocre, not very good. But service and people helping you were very nice and accomidating"

"The hotel is new built and convenient to walk around near by restaurants. Although they do not have their own parking garage and have to park in a gas station property which probably they have rented. Overall is a nice hitel. Also i was disappointed that thier iwn restaurants was closed on our checked in dates."

"Overall the stay was ok except for thin blanket in aircon room, didn’t realise how many stairs I had to climb to get to second floor as was not good for me so won’t be staying there again, location great as lots of local shops around for food shopping so ideal for young people or backpackers "

"My stay was pleasant, employees friendly, good location, the pool, nice and clean. As far as up grades or room for improvement to make peoples stay more convenient or pleasurable. If you hade a laundry service with a wash and fold, that would be amazing, plus it would generate more revenue if people didn't have to go out and get it done, having it done on site would be very convenient.
