"Couldn't fault this hotel at all. From the beautiful grounds, the grandeur of the building, the impeccable customer service, the delicious food, the spacious, elegant room, the clean, luxurious spa. The drinks were a tad on the pricey side, but the mid week room price including spa access was excellent value for money. Would come here again in heartbeat. "

"It could do with more cleaning. The hallways were clean and smelled fresh but the room carpet needed deep cleaning with dust bunnies along the corner skating . The carpet looked discoloured and the floors creaked. The pillows were so flimsy and my duvet had a rip on the underside. There was so much hair all over the room and the beds were not comfortable at all. The bathroom tap was so difficult to open as if it hasnt been used in years. The bathtub space was so narrow my hips were touching the...

"We loved our stay here. It’s such a beautiful building and has two great restaurants plus the spa was so good. The outside jacuzzi was our favourite feature. I The staff were so friendly and attentive. We wanted to particularly shout out Mollie who was so kind, friendly and helpful. "
