We put drinks on room during day time; then were charged for all of them on dinner receipt (therefore we were charged service charge on daytime bar drinks). Bizarre given we had added card to room for that exact purpose (I didn’t want to have a card allocated to room, but was told it wasn’t optional, then had bill presented at dinner anyway). "Room and bathroom clean and spacious. Bar and food good. Staff friendly. Buses outside to nearby villages. Train station 5 mins which was really useful for getting around and local shop, pub and cafe 5 mins. Social club 5 mins. Great band and friendly people. Car parking at rear. Beach 10 mins."

"Lovely 3 night stay. Rooms were comfortable and nicely decorated. We booked two rooms and were assigned one in the courtyard and one in the main building. Bathroom in the courtyard room was significant bigger but otherwise rooms were comparable. Great location. Definitely recommend booking with breakfast included. The breakfast was delicious and included a cooked breakfast item from the menu as well as the buffet style yogurt, pastries, toast, fruit etc. The homemade compote was absolutely...

"We were greeted by friendly staff, our room was great although bathroom could have been cleaned more thoroughly. Food was lovely although as a vegetarian there wasn’t much choice. We had a great nights sleep and the staff were helpful and friendly."

"Generally very good, however there was a few disappointing things such as the bed wasn't particularly comfortable, the room was a bit small and tired, the black pudding at breakfast wasn't cooked properly (it was like rubber), also olive oil and balsamic should not be pre-mixed let people adjust the ratio to their taste. The staff were very good and the location is very good."
