"Slow check-in progress, it was taken about 25 minutes. And I just stand there for 25 minutes, because no place to sit. Less of stuff working, few people were queuing. Room was dirty, a lot of dust on the table. Window sheet hard to move. Far below my expectation as Novotel standards. "

"Wow! Amazing place with superb staff. We prepaid for breakfast buffet and were totally blown away by what an amazing spread it was and the extremely attentive and pleasant staff. My wife and I have never had a breakfast like that. So extensive and delicious and well done. Everything about this place is amazing. The photos are an attempt to capture how amazing the breakfast was — each photo a different station at the buffet, not same places from different angles, but they don’t do it justice."

"Big and clean rooms that keeps a good standard. Large beds, stable wifi, silent and good space for working or playing. A lot of activities for kids at all ages with a mini version of a in-house water park and a kids club that has VR games and a large activity room. Breakfast was good and had a lot of options. Staff always friendly and accomodating."

"You need to contact the person in order to get keys to the property. The process of communication is one of the worst, if not the worst I've experienced. The runner was late for half an hour for the meeting time. The room is dusty, without toilet rolls, sink drainage was clogged. Overall will not recommend for the amount of frustration they give during a vacation."

"Nice hotel in a good location across the road from the Mall of Indonesia and at a very good price. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. And nice swimming pool. I will definitely stay here next time I am in Jakarta."
