"You need to contact the person in order to get keys to the property. The process of communication is one of the worst, if not the worst I've experienced. The runner was late for half an hour for the meeting time. The room is dusty, without toilet rolls, sink drainage was clogged. Overall will not recommend for the amount of frustration they give during a vacation."
