"The breakfast buffet was good but sometimes warm food was cold. The restaurant has a very limited menu. More choices would have kept us there for dinner more nights."

"El hotel está muy céntrico, a dos cuadras de la estación central de tren así que es muy fácil trasladarse , los colchones muy agusto , el baño súper limpio y la vista que nos tocó excelente , lo único malo es q solo había 2 canales en la tele"

"Great hotel. There was an event every night. The decor was really welcoming."

"The Ruby Emma Hotel room was large with a large walk in shower and clean and had a fridge but no coffee kettle or coffee maker. The location was not good for me as you needed to take a tram into the main part of Amsterdam each day which took 15 min and the cost of a bus ticket each way.Lucky for me I just missed the transit strike when I arrived or that would have been a further problem for me. Breakfast cost $ 24. euro with limited choices of hot food I only had it once in my four nights. As I...

"Clean room, helpful staff— my only complaint is how hot the room was and a broken shower that only sprayed out extremely hot or cold water. Not the staffs fault tho because I didn’t say anything. Other than that it’s a great distance from the city and in an amazing location."

"Clean room and great location"

"It is a beautiful place but we did not know there was construction on the roads so difficult to get to and a bit noisy."

"Convenient Short over night AirPort hotel. IT has free bus Shuttle to and fro AirPort and breakfast and other meals available. Also nearby is the bus terminal for buses into Amsterdam city"

"The hotel staff were very helpful and accommodating. The room was very clean. The breakfast food was good although we found the snack options very expensive! The bar was clean and most of the staff were lovely."

"The hotel is a two stop tram ride from central station. It was nice to have a nice hotel just outside the hustle and bustle. The hotel did not have air conditioning which created a few warm nights sleep. Dyson fans were provided but the one duvet did not leave opportunity to remove some blankets. You either slept with the blanket on or completely off. Also water refill stations on each floor would have been helpful. Having to go down to check in each time you wanted to fill your bottle...

"Clean room. Helpful staff. Enjoyed the time at the hotel. Thanks!"

"Steffon (hope I didn't butcher his spelling but was the kindest most welcoming sweetest soul. And although I was stressed and had anxiety being solo in the confusing beautiful city! He brought me back to earth and made me feel calm which allowed me to enjoy my time in the beautiful city! That's all, all thanks to Steffon!"

"Had a great stay. Room was tiny (booked a small room) so just be weary if you have a lot of belongings with you (it was perfect for us). But overall great stay, great location and very clean."
