"Very disappointing checkout experience at Grand Hyatt Goa.
Despite calling reception three times requesting help with luggage, no one came to assist. After waiting for quite some time, I eventually had to carry all the luggage myself during checkout.
Service should not be different during check-in and check-out. Guests expect the same level of attention and hospitality throughout their stay, especially at a luxury hotel. This was certainly not the experience I expected."

"We didn't get the room we'd requested and paid for. We were very disappointed with the room we got.
Bathrooms and rooms definitely need to be renovated. Over rated as a 5 star hotel.
Only positive was the good staff they have.

"Anahata is located on a lovely strip in ashvem. It’s a bit quieter, the views are gorgeous and the property has a nice laid back aesthetic. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The staff were so kind and helpful. My only feedback was not having a lot of vegan options for breakfast and not designating smoking areas given it’s meant to be a yoga retreat. "

"Tout etait parfait un peu de bruit autour chiens chats un peu gênant la nuit et au petit matin sinon bien vraiment les chambres, le personnel très sympas le petit déjeuner excellent rien à dire je recommande vivement Expedia et encore merci à très vite "

"Our second stay at this property, the personal remembered us from before and they looked after us. There are a lot of people to mention but highlighting some of those fantastic guys who looked after us where Miraz the chef who looked after all our culinary needs, Yogesh, mustafa and srijita looking after us at breakfast. Vijay and all at the pool area looking after us. All the cleaning staff were amazing. Had a great 11days at the property Krishna the manager was attentive to all our needs. Plus...
