"Beach view from villa was obstructed. In general, the property was clean but looked dated,. The main pool area, in particular was kitschy and not commensurate with the star rating and per day charge (average of $700 per night). I had to ask for newspapers everyday and staff didn't ask if I wanted one delivered every morning . "Pleasant hotel but unless you are attending a wedding then little peace and quiet is to be had for the hotel is predominantly geared towards functions and large wedding parties, This results in the beach and water being rammed with jet skis and groups queuing to ride on banana boats.The resultant daily noice from the boats and jet skis together with the stench of petrol and the fim of benzene on the water makes it nigh impossible during the day to avail yourselves of the beach. "We got an room upgrade, but i didnt like it because the pool view is not that great from my room and the bathroom shower door was missing. Eventhough the staff knew about it they upgraded us to that room and next day we request them to change to our original room and it was way better than the upgraded one.
The breakfast menu has lot of options.
Staffs are very friendly amd addressing the issue right away.
Overall it was 7/10.
