2/10 Terrible

"When we got our keys and headed to the elevator, it smelled so strong of mildew and had mildew stains all around the carpet. We got to our room to find the adjoining door open, greasy finger prints on the furniture, mold stains and moisture-caused cracking paint all over the bathroom ceiling, and a strong cigarette and mildew odor. Even after opening the window and trying to air it out for almost half an hour, there was no change. We deemed it unsafe to stay and decided to ask for a refund to which the gentleman at the front counter said he would love to do but couldn’t. All he could do was give us a new room. We begrudgingly accepted, just to be met with the same strong odor in the new room. We left the key and messaged expedia for a refund which they needed the hotel approval of. The person at the front counter was called (the same man we spoke to) and he denied our refund. So here we were, at 9pm on our anniversary, stranded in a city we didn’t know and frantically trying to find somewhere else. Please do not stay here."

"The front desk staff that checked us in the night we arrive was grumpy and rude. Tried to give her grace since who knows what happened prior. We got to our room to find the AC broken. It just blew hot air so when I went to the front to ask to switch rooms she was even more rude than before and put us in the room next door. So we switched rooms to find the sheets stained. We had to go ask for new sheets to which she radioed someone acting as if it was a huge inconvenience. I needed up getting the fresh sheets from the teenager that brought them and made the bed myself. Usually if they have a limited housekeeping policy due to number of nights staying they inform you. Never was informed so shocked when our room wasn’t attended to after 4 days."

"This property was very clean, it was well maintained and the staff very friendly. I am a senior woman and I was traveling by myself with my dog. They were very welcoming of my dog, and kind to her as well. I have stayed here before this stay, and I will stay here again."

2/10 Terrible

"Long travel day with 3 kids. Arrived late. Booked on Expedia and messaged property ahead to let them know of arrival time. Front desk staff was horrendous and VERY put out by having to check me in (despite it being a 5 minute process). Reluctant to answer questions about breakfast and gym. Room was dirty and had a terrible smell. Tub had no plug and bathroom fan likely has mold. Morning staff member was VERY kind and pleasant, likely would’ve been a different experience had she checked us in and been our first point of contact."

"Room wasn't cleaned. Underwear hanging from the shower, and so understaffed no one is ever at the front desk. The tv didn't work except for one channel, remote didn't work. The guy at the front was friendly tho. Kids running around as loud as possible till midnight and the ac didn't work."
