"I was told by the reservation clerk that I booked a smoking room. When I showed him my reservation was indeed a non smoking he said he booked me in a 2 queen non smoking room in a smoking building. He did not tell me that I need my room key to advance the elevator to my room. I stood in there thinking I was stuck until someone from an upper floor advanced the elevator. "Beach view and location were great and front desk lady helping us was really nice. Unfortunately the conditions of the room were very sub par, especially for 350 a night. The room was very outdated. The night stand had some sort of brown stain on the top and a giant red stain all the way down the night stand, extending to the mattress cover and floor. the TV stand was torn up and looked like something had chewed up the wood. the ceiling was peeling in the bathroom.
