"I was supposed to have a premium king room, but got a room with a wall 15 feet from our window. The reception desk forgot to text us when the room was ready leaving us with no room to choose from because everyone else had checked in. I got sick from the food which lasted 3 days."

"Trash in bathroom floor, mildew in tiles of bathtub, carpet hasent been vacuumed in a long time. Had to ask for tiolet paper. New roll wasn't put on before we got there. Only 2 towels and 2 washcloths had to ask for more. Elevator worked some not all the time"
