"This is a great location for exploring Norfolk. We were only there one night but it was peaceful and accommodated all 3 of us with our dog. The owner was excellent with her communication but not at all intrusive. Nice touches like our own private garden with a BBQ where they kindly left some coals so we had the option to use it."

"We enjoyed our stay but got lost a few times because we couldn't work out the lift system ! The room was lovely but the wet room really got very wet the water covered a lot of the floor! The food was very good too"

The room allocated did not match the full sea view room that had been paid for, and although £50 was deducted from the bill, this did not adequately compensate for the downgrade. "Pod was spotless and very well equipped with hob, fridge, freezer, microwave. Plenty of room for a family of 4 with a double bed and double sofa bed. Parking beside the pod which would easily fit 2 cars. The site was very clean and well presented. Check in was very easy and the owner was very informative and friendly. Very well stocked shop. "A lovely warm welcome (home made cookies!) and a very comfortable stay. The room was spacious, beds huge, bathroom accessible, bathroom products divine, and there was lots of storage space. Walking distance to the beach and to The Ship Inn, and easy driving distance to other interesting places to visit: Felbrigg Hall, Holt, Blakeney (seal safari) and Wells Next The Sea all worth a visit. "Lovely 3 night stay. Rooms were comfortable and nicely decorated. We booked two rooms and were assigned one in the courtyard and one in the main building.
