"Overall, it was a nice hotel. The property was generally clean and well maintained. However, we think the bathroom could use some renovation.
The hotel is a bit far from the city centre, but the parking fee was quite reasonable, which was a plus.
The breakfast was slightly below our expectations. Based on the reviews, the hotel was rated as “top rated” which naturally raised our expectations. We honestly couldn’t understand what justified that rating. We’ve had quite a lot of hotel experience...

"Everything was lovely. Comfortable bed . Lovely view over one of the Lakes . Peaceful and quiet. Hosts were very helpful and welcoming. Will definitely return. "

"We spent a very comfortable night in Norwich at the Premier Inn on Duke Street. It is ideally located for eating out, historic attractions, and shopping. The room was pleasant and clean, and the bed helped us sleep around 9 hours! Staff were helpful too. Would stay there again when visiting the city. "
