"Perfect for our 4 night stay. Made to feel welcome by the staff all of whom were very friendly and obliging. Although the restaurant was closed breakfast was available and had a good choice of breakfast items. There was a bar restaurant on the ground floor in which meals could be had. The spa area looked inviting but we didn't have time to try as we were out all day. The room was very comfortable with a small lounge area and comfortable beds. An excellent shower and toilet layout. "The staff was great but the room was horrible. It had been regularly and recently smoked in and the whole room was so stinky it made us sick in the first few minutes. This is a deal for truckers and some labor workers but not for tourists. "

"Wonderfully quaint B&B in and old mill. Our room was right up in the roof space. Might not be suitabe for some as the stairs are very steep and windy, and our room had two low beams at face height, but it certainly had character and charm."
