"Very spacious 3 bedroom apartment well appointed. Very nice staff. Fun heated pool with slides and a small sand area for the kids, and a warm large jacuzzi. Amazing arcades game room for the kids."

"Room was available 2 hours after the time listed. Given 2 vouchers as compensation. Maintenance taking place above our room with concrete jack hammer so just left before checkout, very average experience. Good location though and staff were polite."

"This resort is currently under construction for the pool area. The noise starts at 7:00am and last until around 5:00pm. ANY pool view room is noisy and unable to sit outside to ‘enjoy’ the setting or the rooftop jacuzzi which was only lukewarm and not adjustable. We asked to be moved (and they granted our request to an interior-faced room). The construction pounding noise was still present. I personally don’t think they should be renting any of the poolside rooms for more than overnight visitors...

"Unit 96. We could not believe how filthy and the state is disrepair. It looked like it had never been cleaned. We found dirty underwear, used baby bottles, hair, splatter marks all over the wall…… and it cost over a THOUSAND dollars for two nights. We are completely baffled! I messaged the owner and have not heard back. Took photos to post on Google."

"Advise the hotel to provide ear plugs for guests. Saturday night thumping and music did not end until midnight & then woken up at 6am by smashing bottles - recycling or something with the bins. I thought with the refurb they'd managed to insulate the rooms for noise. Wasn't really worth the cost of $235 & having a child. Both had a terrible night sleep Check in process could be improved - better instructions of codes etc as no keys issued or reception staff - that could be an Expedia problem...
