"Amazing view, delicious food, nice location to Iwappara and lovely stuff!! "

"good very"

"The owners are great and we felt like we were among friends. Rides are offered to the slopes, restaurants and convenience store. We would definitely stay there again and we strongly recommend."

"From outside the hotel looks grand and impressive, but once you enter it becomes the opposite. The room was musty and had the most uncomfortable bed I have slept on. The shower barely worked and there were cobwebs along the base of the bed and on the ceiling. Don't get me started on the restaurants. Terrible food. Inedible to be honest. I love all styles of Japanese food and have no food issues whatsoever, this food was straight up prison food at best. I would highly recommend avoiding this...

"Amazing stay and amazing "

"Stay was more then we had expected. Loved it, planning another trip already. Staff super helpful and awesome."

"Loved this hotel. Was next to the ski slopes. Staff was friendly and the spa was incredible!! "
